Please note: Between March 15 and June 30, half day tours must end by 12:30pm and begin at or after 1:30pm.
Night tours must begin at 6:30pm or after and end by 10pm. Specified Pick-up locations must be metro accessible.

All services must be prepaid by cash, check or money order, or PayPal (with a 5% service fee). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
Meal counts become final 48 hours prior to the event. Event and performance tickets are not refundable.
Any service cancelled less than 7 days in advance is not refundable, regardless of the date services were booked.
